I have been meaning to have this FHE for a while now because it seem every week during sacrament meeting we not only battle wiggles but we battle taking 2 breads, sucking on the sacrament cup, laying on the floor, etc. So tonight we talked about why we do the things we do during the sacrament and came up with these "reverent bowls".
I picked them up at the Dollar Tree and let the kids use permanent markers on them and then will bake them so the marker won't wash off. If they are reverent during sacrament they get to use their "reverent bowl" after church that day. If they were not reverent they get to try again next week. They thought it sounded pretty good and everybody is feeling committed to be reverent.
