Happy Halloween!

I am starting to hope for a boy after painting 3 sets of fingernails, doing 3 hairdos, keeping track of all the accessories including crowns, necklaces, earrings and bracelets multiple times this week.  It makes me tired!  Maybe it's just that I'm pregnant cause I've never really thought too much about it until I realized next year there could be 4 sets of fingernails and heads of hair to do. :)

All 3 girls were princesses this year: Cinderella, Ariel & Sleeping Beauty.

Ella with her pumpkin.

Alissa with her pumpkin.

Our traditional practice trick or treating. :)  I love having these cute girls smiling at my doorstep.  Alissas eyes were on the prize.

The girls and I went to have dinner with grandma & grandpa Bateman as well as having some of her famous Halloween Spudnuts.  She made the girls special pancakes and eggs cause they didn't want soup.  SO spoiled!

We headed to my parents to see everybody for a few minutes.  Grandma always has a fun Halloween treat for them.  This year it was fuzzy socks, toothbrush and some candy.

Then we got home so we could see our daddy and go trick or treating our neighborhood with him for an hour or so.  It was FREEZING all day so we had to be pretty bundled.

I got spoiled with sitting on the four wheeler while Dustin did the running with the girls.  I was bundled in blankets and enjoyed admiring these 4 people I love so much having fun.

The kids were pretty happy with their loot after a few streets so we decided to be done and go see Grandma Carol and the clan at her house.

I think this is the look of sugar shock!

Super fun times!  Another successful Halloween night.

Pre Halloween Festivities

Our Halloween festivities this year started with painting a giant pumpkin with a cat inside on the front window for decoration.  My brother Jeremy's 3 girls were here and I let the 4 of the older girls paint.  They enjoyed it.

The next time Jeremy's girls were staying here they stayed for 6 days and 5 nights.  It was quite an adventure for me.  I was exhausted to say the least by the end of the week.  I felt bad because there wasn't many good times because we were based on survival for those 5 days.  However, Monday night they were here we made Halloween sugar cookies and cupcakes and frosted them and then "Boo"ed our neighbors.  The girls thought it was a blast!  "Boo"ing Uncle Cody was the highlight for sure.

Sunday before Halloween we got to go to grandma Debbie and grandpa Jeffs for some pumpkin carving or coloring if you are 3 or under. :)

The girls laughed their guts out as they pulled guts out of the pumpkin.  Ella gave me a nice posed picture here.

Yay Alissa!  We had way too much fun.  So blessed to have good family!

Monday night our good friends the Hansens invited us over to a Halloween party at their house along ur other good friends the Petersons.

Molly & Supergirl Lydia.

Farrah ordered these pumpkin bread bowls from Mrs. Powells which my sister in law Johnna ended up providing for us since she works there right now.  Super nice of her!

They made mummy candy bars.

Ate homemade doughnuts off a string & enjoyed some fun music and amazing company!!
So blessed to have good friends!

Alissa got to dress up for Preschool on Wednesday.  Our class is mini this year with only 3 little girls: Alissa, Corinne & Aubrie.  It's quite ideal.  They had a great time.  Ella's school had a parade which I missed because she forgot to bring home the note :(  First year I have missed it.  Oh well...

We had a good month of celebration!

Disneyland Part 3

Our last day was split between Disneyland and California Adventures.  We played until the we could no longer play.  Our feet hurt, our bodies were tired but we had a fantastic time with loads of memories made!

A few random other pictures that didn't get placed.

The $8 Mickey Ice cream sandwich.
California Adventure parade was pretty awesome.

Love those grandparents!!

Ella got to spend some time playing on a little course with climbing and sliding and all sorts of stuff.

What an amazing time!  We are so blessed to have such a good grandma & grandpa.  They are the best!!
