Pre Halloween Festivities

Our Halloween festivities this year started with painting a giant pumpkin with a cat inside on the front window for decoration.  My brother Jeremy's 3 girls were here and I let the 4 of the older girls paint.  They enjoyed it.

The next time Jeremy's girls were staying here they stayed for 6 days and 5 nights.  It was quite an adventure for me.  I was exhausted to say the least by the end of the week.  I felt bad because there wasn't many good times because we were based on survival for those 5 days.  However, Monday night they were here we made Halloween sugar cookies and cupcakes and frosted them and then "Boo"ed our neighbors.  The girls thought it was a blast!  "Boo"ing Uncle Cody was the highlight for sure.

Sunday before Halloween we got to go to grandma Debbie and grandpa Jeffs for some pumpkin carving or coloring if you are 3 or under. :)

The girls laughed their guts out as they pulled guts out of the pumpkin.  Ella gave me a nice posed picture here.

Molly & Supergirl Lydia.

Farrah ordered these pumpkin bread bowls from Mrs. Powells which my sister in law Johnna ended up providing for us since she works there right now.  Super nice of her!

They made mummy candy bars.

Ate homemade doughnuts off a string & enjoyed some fun music and amazing company!!
So blessed to have good friends!

Alissa got to dress up for Preschool on Wednesday.  Our class is mini this year with only 3 little girls: Alissa, Corinne & Aubrie.  It's quite ideal.  They had a great time.  Ella's school had a parade which I missed because she forgot to bring home the note :(  First year I have missed it.  Oh well...

We had a good month of celebration!
