Daddy Daughter Date

For Activity Days we planned a Daddy Daughter Date this month.  We had the girls perform a play that one of the 9 year olds wrote all by herself called CTR Super Princesses.  They had so much fun planning, rehearsing an performing for their dads and grandpas.

We had some minute to win it style games that they competed in and the dad/daughter with the quickest time won.  We also had the dads stick their nose through a table cloth and the girls guess their dads nose and the dads guess their daughters hand.  There was LOTS of giggles!

Sure am blessed to serve in this calling with these cute girls.  I feel so thankful that Ella could bring her daddy and love him so much.  I could tell she has a good relationship with him as I watched some of the other girls and how awkward and quiet they felt with their dads there.  The gospel brings such great joy into our lives it is extraordinary how blessed we are.
