This little girl is at an exciting time in her life. Only 12 days until she turns the much anticipated 8 years old. She has been preparing for a really long time for this day to come.
After a bunch of shopping online for a dress less than the $75 one in the store she fell in love with, we finally fell upon this beauty in Costco for $10!! I convinced her it was "the one" by promising her jewelry to go with it. My mom found the jewelry and headband for about $6 total and we got her the white high heels she picked out so she was pretty happy about the whole package deal.
That very night I took her down to the temple for a little photo shoot date.
She brought her Book of Mormon which I should have had a picture of it because she has a book marker in it and reads it most every day.
She knew just where she wanted to stand and how she wanted to pose.

I am really excited and a bit emotional about her being baptized. Dustin has drilled her almost every Monday night to make sure she knows her stuff and is 100% that she wants to be baptized and isn't just doing it for us. He's a good daddy! She is prepared and ready to make a covenant with Heavenly Father. She will be a great little member of the church.
